Custom Stainless Steel Investment-Cast Brackets and Levers
For a custom stainless bracket or lever, send the working bores and mounting contacts along with the cast shape. Relia manufactures investment-cast components with the machining specified on your drawing. The part revision, material, assembly references and quantity define one clear supply package.

One Part Definition for Casting and Finished Contacts
Relia connects lost-wax casting, cleanup and specified machining within one component enquiry. A bracket body, its pin and a companion plate remain separate supply items unless your bill of materials includes them. This makes the quotation easier to compare and prevents a photographed assortment from becoming an assumed assembly kit.
Bracket and Lever Families with Different Interfaces
A mounting bracket transfers its position through a foot and upright. A lever transfers movement between pivot and contact points. Slotted supports and fork ends introduce different locating conditions. We use these distinctions when discussing your geometry, rather than applying the same inspection checklist to every stainless component.

The Approved Alloy Belongs on Each Drawing
Put the required cast-alloy specification and delivered condition on the drawing or purchase specification. A list of stainless options does not select a grade for your part. Include the working environment and any surface treatment so we can review the material, finish and functional contacts as one requirement.
Lost-Wax Forming Preserves the Machining Plan
The lost-wax route starts with a pattern, builds the mould shell, removes the wax and forms the casting before cleanup and finishing. During review, we identify which shapes remain as cast and which need stock for machining. This is particularly useful around slender arms, fork gaps and holes that locate moving parts.

Pin Bores and Mounting Faces Share Working Datums
A correctly sized hole can still be in the wrong position. Define the working datum from the assembly, then relate pin bores, mounting faces and contact pads to it. We agree which features are measured after machining and how the component is supported during those checks.
Cleanup Leaves Functional Contacts Intact
Gate removal and edge finishing should protect the surfaces that carry a pin, meet a seal or remain visible. Mark restricted cleanup zones and any permitted blend areas before samples are made. An acceptable cast texture and a measured machined surface need separate acceptance descriptions.

Sample Records Close the Assembly Questions
Sample approval should resolve the features that could stop assembly. We can provide order-specific key dimensional records, with the measured items and sampling frequency agreed for the project. Your mating-part check then adds the assembly information that a dimensional report alone may not capture.
A Comparable Quote Separates Tooling and Repeat Supply
A useful quotation separates tooling, sample supply and repeat components. State whether pins, fasteners or companion parts are included, and identify the approved revision for each item. The product references below help explain geometry; your drawing and acceptance plan define the component we quote.
Send Your Bracket or Lever Drawing
Send your bracket or lever drawing, material requirement and quantity. Mark the pivot bores, mounting datums and contact faces that matter to assembly. If several related parts are needed, include their individual revisions and a simple assembly view so we can review a clear supply package.
