Central bore with repeated flange holes
The example has a broad machined-looking circular face, a large center opening and repeated openings around the perimeter. Raised outer forms behind the face also need definition on the casting drawing.
Separate the casting from its finish machining
Specify steel or iron grade, or stainless separately where required, with the intended casting route. Define machining allowances and the finished bore, flange and fixing interfaces.
Include quantities, surface treatment and inspection criteria for the bore and hole pattern. The photograph does not establish a wheel or coupling application, rotational rating or one shared material across all title options.
