Long rails with formed flanges
The examples show long narrow parts with bent flanges, rows of smaller openings and larger holes or edge reliefs. Dimension the rail section and length together with the flange-hole positions and end clearances.
For a yellow-zinc finish enquiry, specify the substrate and treatment system required by the project. Powder coating is a separate finishing option in the product information; identify the selected finish on the drawing rather than relying on the sample color.
Prepare the rail drawing
Provide STEP, STP or PDF files and quantities. Include the required straightness or alignment criteria where relevant to the assembly, plus any fitted-hardware and masking details. Mark the mating faces and the dimensions to inspect on the finished rail.
