Identify each spare component through its controlled drawing and mating arrangement. The light examples show angular or stepped block-like bodies with circular openings. Their appearance does not prove stamping rather than another manufacturing route, a common alloy or compatibility with an existing replacement-part installation.

Define the original and mating references

Provide the required drawing revision, actual dimensions and adjoining-component geometry. Locate holes, contact faces and stepped regions from assembly datums. State any inserts, pins or fasteners included, and separate different configurations by item reference rather than treating the pictured group as a supplied kit.

Select metal and the actual manufacturing scope

Steel, stainless steel and aluminum are separate material directions. Specify the actual grade, condition and relevant documentation. Review stamping or other required forming and secondary work against the component design; the visible block-like shape is not independent evidence of a particular process or machine capability.

Accept the spare part at its working contacts

Mark tolerances with units and final measurement conditions at the holes, faces and mating features. Select compatible finish and color where needed. Any load, machinery or automotive requirement needs actual service conditions and applicable evidence rather than a general spare-part label.

  • Reference each spare component and mating assembly.
  • Dimension holes, steps and contact faces.
  • Choose actual metal grade and supplied condition.
  • Define manufacturing route and compatible treatment.
  • Agree replacement fit and required inspection records.

Include quantities and controlled geometry with the enquiry. Keep the replacement references and supplied scope explicit so the proposed parts can be checked against the correct installation definition.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
