Circular flange above a hollow mounting body
The example combines an upper ring with fixing holes, vertical outer sections, a lower base and a side connection. Define the internal geometry and all mating bores and faces on the casting drawing.
Copper or brass requests need an explicit alloy
Specify the grade and whether sand or investment casting is intended, with the required CNC-machined surfaces. A dedicated aluminum die-casting entry does not verify copper or brass for the pictured body.
Include quantities, finish and inspection criteria for the flange, mounting contacts and connections. Gold coloration does not establish chemistry, pressure capacity or a particular fluid-handling function.
