Develop an OEM stainless steel auto exhaust manifold from the actual engine drawing and operating brief. Investment casting is a requested production direction for review, while the material grade, passage geometry and mounting interfaces must be defined for the individual component.
Connect the manifold drawing to the engine
Provide a controlled drawing showing the manifold boundaries and adjoining engine or exhaust connections. Locate mounting faces, holes and passage interfaces from assembly references, and identify the surfaces requiring machining. A component name alone does not establish interchangeability with an engine model or the contents of a complete exhaust assembly.
- Identify the exhaust-manifold drawing and revision.
- Specify the stainless casting grade and material condition.
- Dimension manifold mounting and passage interfaces.
- Define casting, machining and finished surface requirements.
- Set engine-duty tests and required inspection records.
Choose treatment for the selected stainless grade
State the material standard and any required casting-grade designation. Heat treatment and surface finishing need to suit that alloy and the manifold's intended duty; they are not an automatic sequence for every stainless component. Supply the thermal and other service requirements so proposed processing can be evaluated against the actual design.
Agree manifold acceptance before ordering
Include quantities, PDF or CAD drawings and IGES or STEP geometry where available. Mark final tolerances and measurement conditions at the working interfaces, together with material records and applicable inspection methods. Any ISO or automotive certification requirement needs current evidence covering the relevant supplier and scope; a general reference does not qualify this manifold.
Compare fabrication proposals against the same exhaust interfaces, material specification and agreed engine-duty acceptance.

Enhance your automotive product line with our OEM stainless steel auto exhaust manifold, crafted using high-quality investment casting technology. Our components are custom-fabricated to meet the most demanding specifications and can be tailored to fit any design or requirement. With a strong focus on durability and optimal performance, our manifolds are ideal for a wide range of applications including automobiles, motorcycles, energy equipment, medical devices, and robotics.

Our manufacturing capabilities include die casting, sand casting, lost foam casting, and advanced post-processing treatments such as quenching, tempering, solution aging, powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting. Each part undergoes strict inspections like metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, full visual checks, gauge testing, and CMM measurement to ensure excellent quality and precision.

We offer comprehensive OEM and ODM services, accepting 2D PDF or CAD and 3D IGES or STEP drawings for true customization. Our products are ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 certified and comply with global standards such as ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS, ensuring superior reliability and safety for your projects.
