Perforated channel housing with mounting tabs
This enclosure-part example combines tall folded sides, rows of round holes and projecting tabs with elongated fixing slots. A shaped panel opening provides another interface to define in the component drawing.
For an aluminum version, specify sheet grade and thickness, bend radii and the dimensions between the mounting faces. Identify the required cutting, stamping and secondary machining operations for review.
Define the supplied enclosure components
Include quantities, finish, mating panels and any hardware needed in the order. Mark inspection dimensions for the tabs and panel openings. Electrical ratings, ingress protection and kit contents depend on the complete agreed assembly specification.
