The example has a broad face with a repeated hole pattern, turned perimeter edges and slotted mounting tabs at the corners. Locate the hole pattern and tabs from the mounting references used in the equipment layout.
For an aluminum sheet metal enquiry, provide the grade, sheet thickness, overall dimensions and formed-edge details. Mark the holes that serve as mounting points and those that provide other required clearances.
Black powder-coating requirements
Specify the black finish, texture and any threads or contact areas that must remain clear. Include quantities and the inspection dimensions that govern panel fit. A current drawing should define the geometry and finish together for manufacturing review.
