Select the particular plate, frame or cover before preparing an aluminum or zinc-alloy die-casting enquiry. The example group includes a large elongated plate with three broad openings, smaller recessed frames and flat covers; those forms do not establish one matched assembly or common alloy.
Locate the openings within the mounting outline
Provide the controlled component drawing and adjoining assembly references. Dimension the broad openings, perimeter holes and working faces from functional datums, distinguishing clearances from fitted contacts. State which individual pieces belong to the proposed delivery rather than assuming every photographed item is included.
- Identify the multi-opening plate, frame or cover drawing.
- Select actual aluminum or zinc-alloy grade and condition.
- Define perimeter fixings, wall sections and mating edges.
- Specify tooling and secondary machining requirements.
- Agree finished plate or cover inspection records.
Review tooling for the selected alloy
Include quantities and the sections affecting the proposed die-casting plan. Aluminum and zinc-alloy requests require separate material and treatment decisions; a process range does not prove that every method applies to every component. Mark machining allowances at the contacts that determine final assembly fit.
Accept the frame or cover after finishing
Supply PDF or CAD drawings and IGES or STEP geometry where available. Choose a compatible surface system and identify masking, final tolerance units and measurement conditions at working interfaces. Any certification or application requirement needs relevant evidence for the actual part and supplier scope.
Compare OEM or ODM proposals using the same individual casting, selected alloy and measurable opening-to-mounting relationships, without inferring stock sizes from the grouped examples.

Zenithus Casting offers custom aluminum and zinc alloy die casting parts manufactured in China, supporting both OEM and ODM requirements. Our factory specializes in precision castings using a variety of materials including aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, and precious metals, tailored to suit your industrial needs.

We utilize advanced processes such as die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting to achieve superior quality and intricate shapes. Each part undergoes rigorous heat treatment like quenching, tempering, solution, and aging to enhance mechanical strength and durability.

Surface finishing options include powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting, providing excellent corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. Comprehensive inspections such as metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, 100 percent visual, gauge checks, and CMM ensure every product meets international standards, including ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 certifications.

Our custom castings are widely used in automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical device, robotics, and other sectors. Drawings are accepted in 2D PDF or CAD and 3D IGES or STEP formats, meeting ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS standards.
