Select the casting and its manufacturing route
The examples include ribbed rings, a circular opening on a rectangular base, a multi-opening body and a long arm with a round end. Identify the component required and provide its material specification. Iron, steel and aluminum projects need separate decisions about the casting route, heat treatment and finish.
For a ring or circular housing, dimension the bores, seating faces and rib locations from common references. For an arm or multi-opening component, show the hole relationships and provide section views where internal geometry matters.
Prepare the OEM enquiry
Send PDF/CAD dimensions and an IGES/STEP model where available, together with quantities and the features needing machining. State whether sand, die or investment casting is a project requirement or a route to be reviewed. Define inspection points on the drawing; the sample shapes do not establish a pressure rating, exact alloy or application approval.

Our custom iron steel aluminum alloy casting service delivers precision components tailored to your specifications. Utilizing a range of advanced casting processes including die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting, we manufacture durable and reliable parts to meet the demands of diverse industries.

We offer a wide selection of materials such as aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, and hardened or precious metals. Each component can undergo specialized heat treatments like quenching, tempering, solution, and aging, ensuring optimal mechanical properties and long-lasting performance.

Our factory is equipped with various surface treatment options, including powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting, to provide both functional and aesthetic finishes. Every product is rigorously inspected through metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, CMM, and visual plus gauge checks to guarantee quality and consistency.

With ISO9001 and IATF16949 certifications, our OEM and ODM services are trusted by clients in the automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical device, and robotics sectors worldwide. We support 2D and 3D drawing formats according to major international standards such as ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS.
