Custom iron, stainless steel and aluminum component enquiries need a defined part and manufacturing scope. Die and sand casting are listed project directions, while the gallery includes shafts, rings, bush-like parts, brackets and other finished-looking forms. Identify the requested component rather than treating the photograph as proof that every example follows the same casting route.

Define the part and finished interfaces

Provide the component drawing, revision and quantities. Identify the intended mating assembly and mark the features that determine fit. For a shaft or sleeve, specify relevant diameters, bores and shoulders. For a ring or bracket, define the contact faces, holes, threads and positional relationships that matter to the assembly.

A smooth-looking surface does not establish a dimensional tolerance, material grade or production method. State the finished dimensions and acceptance criteria explicitly. Identify which dimensions apply to the unfinished blank and which must be achieved after secondary machining or surface treatment.

Agree the alloy and production route

Select the actual iron, stainless steel or aluminum grade and its required condition. The general material list does not confirm one alloy for every pictured part. Supply PDF/CAD drawings and an IGES/STEP model where available so that the selected design and manufacturing requirements can be reviewed together.

State whether die casting or sand casting is required, or whether the route is open for assessment. Distinguish the proposed blank-making process from machining of finished bores, threads, seats and faces. Choose heat treatment and finish for the actual material rather than applying all catalogue options to every component.

Set the supplied-part acceptance criteria

  • Identify the component, drawing revision and mating assembly.
  • Specify material grade, condition and required records.
  • Define blank scope, machining and finished interfaces.
  • State treatment, inspection points and operating-duty requirements.
  • Identify diameters, bores and mounting faces that control the finished assembly.

If performance, corrosion resistance or application qualification affects selection, define the requirements and applicable evidence for the ordered part. Neither general inspection wording nor a polished appearance establishes those properties. Confirm the component scope and acceptance criteria before making production commitments.

Experience high-quality custom metal casting services with our OEM Custom Iron Stainless Steel Aluminum Die Sand Casting Parts. We specialize in precise casting solutions suitable for a wide range of industries, including automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical devices, and robotics.

Our castings are produced from a variety of materials such as aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, and precious metals. We offer multiple advanced processes including die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting. Each part can undergo heat treatments like quenching, tempering, solution, and aging to ensure optimal mechanical performance.

Surface treatments available include powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting, enhancing both durability and appearance. With rigorous inspection methods such as metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, 100 percent visual and gauge checks, and CMM, we guarantee strict quality control.

We support both OEM and ODM projects, accepting drawings in 2D PDF CAD or 3D IGES STEP formats. Our factory is certified to ISO9001 2015 and IATF16949 standards, while meeting ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS specifications. Choose us for reliable and customized precision casting solutions.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
