The red example combines a curved body, two raised ribs and a central opening. Dimension the curvature and wall sections together, including the boss axis and the contacts at the ends.
Material and process for the actual design
Specify the steel or iron grade and the casting route to review. Sand casting and investment casting are separate proposals; a general die-casting label does not confirm either for this example.
