Turn a precision metal-parts request into a measurable machinery component brief. Investment, die and gravity casting are production directions to compare against the actual alloy and geometry, rather than proof of one process sequence or a universal accuracy.
Define precision at the machinery contacts
Identify the component's working interfaces and the datums controlling its fit in the equipment. Mark tolerances with units, measurement conditions and the stage at which dimensions are accepted. Distinguish a cast surface from a bore, face or other feature needing machining after the blank is made.
Compare routes using the same component drawing
Provide material grade, condition, section views and quantities for the controlled design. Evaluate the proposed casting method and machining allowances for that selected metal. A broad process menu does not establish that every route suits the part or that every treatment should be applied.
- Reference the machinery metal-part drawing and revision.
- Select actual alloy and required delivery condition.
- Identify investment, die or gravity route requirements.
- Specify machined datums and finished tolerances.
- Agree component inspection and material records.
Evaluate the finished-part acceptance proposal
Supply PDF or CAD dimensions and IGES or STEP geometry, with any necessary mating references. Choose a compatible surface finish and define inspection methods, coverage and documentation for the intended machinery duty. General certification or inspection entries do not independently verify current scope, machine capability or testing of every finished feature.
Compare OEM casting proposals by the same controlled geometry, selected alloy and measurable precision requirements at the contacts that matter to the machine.

Our Custom Precision Metal Parts Investment Die Gravity Casting Services are specially designed to fulfill the unique requirements of machinery OEMs across various industries. Manufactured by Zenithus-Casting, we provide tailored solutions using high-quality materials including aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened and precious metals, ensuring strength, durability, and long-lasting performance.

We offer multiple advanced casting processes such as die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting to achieve complex geometries with excellent accuracy. Our capabilities also include quenching, tempering, solution, and aging heat treatments to enhance material properties according to your specifications.

A range of surface treatments is available, such as powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting to improve corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. Every part undergoes strict inspections, including metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, full visual and gauge checks, and CMM to guarantee the highest quality standards.

Certified to ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards, our parts meet ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, and NF requirements. We accept both OEM and ODM projects for fields including automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical devices, and robotics. Engineering drawings can be submitted in 2D or 3D formats for fast and precise customization.
