Define the square tube and mounting base through controlled component and assembly drawings. The light example has an open tube-like section attached to a broad plate, with visible join regions and elongated fixing holes. It does not establish actual metal, a density value, joining quality or an allowable working load.
Clarify the design requirement behind density wording
If high density is part of the enquiry, state what it means for this project and give measurable acceptance criteria. Do not substitute a general catalogue phrase for actual material density, component spacing or another engineering requirement. Supply sections and dimensions for the tube, base and their assembled relationship.
- Reference tube, base and assembly drawing revisions.
- Specify actual metal and section dimensions.
- Locate fixing slots and adjoining contact surfaces.
- Define forming, joining and the selected finish.
- Agree measurable design and intended-duty acceptance.
Select fabrication and joining by component
Identify actual material grade, condition and wall or plate thickness for each supplied piece. Define cutting, stamping, bending and joining only where the design requires them. Specify join locations and inspection requirements separately; visible surface transitions do not prove a particular welding method or verified joint strength.
Accept the finished contacts and assembly scope
Choose a compatible powder-coating system, color and masking where requested. Mark tolerances with units and final measurement conditions at the tube and fixing interfaces. Any pressure, load, electrical or environmental requirement needs operating conditions and suitable evidence for the actual design.
Provide STEP, STP or PDF geometry, quantities and requested material or inspection records. Distinguish fabricated components, assembled supply and any separately specified complete equipment or application qualification.
