Select the actual bracket drawing before choosing a material and casting route. The examples have upright curved walls, broad projecting bases and openings through both regions. They do not establish a supplied pair, an actual alloy or compatibility with a particular installation.

Locate the upright wall from the base

Provide the base outline, wall curvature, thicknesses and the geometry of the openings. Locate the upright and base features from the datums used by the mating assembly. Include contact surfaces, fastener clearances and adjoining parts where they determine the installed fit.

Identify each required item separately if more than one geometry is needed. Similar examples do not prove identical dimensions or a left-and-right relationship. State quantities and revisions so that the supplied component schedule is clear.

Resolve the alloy and casting alternatives

  • Provide the curved-wall and base drawing for each item.
  • Select the actual A380, ADC12 or agreed alloy.
  • Define one casting route for the selected design.
  • Mark openings, contact faces and secondary machining.
  • State finish and dimensional acceptance records.

Gravity, pressure, sand and die-casting terms appear as service directions. They should not be combined into an automatic sequence or treated as proof of how the photographed sample was produced. Agree the actual route, subsequent deburring and machining needed for the chosen metal and geometry.

Define the finished bracket and installation criteria

Specify units and feature limits for the surfaces controlling assembly. Choose treatment for the actual material and identify masking or final-condition inspection where finishing affects fit. A metallic surface does not independently establish a coating process or material grade.

If the bracket has a load-bearing or retaining role, provide the actual installation and relevant acceptance evidence. The curved wall and broad base do not establish a tested structural rating. Confirm included hardware, quantities and documentation. A useful enquiry links each bracket drawing to one selected alloy, manufacturing route and inspection scope rather than relying on a list of casting terms to define the delivered part.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
