Start an industrial machinery sand-casting enquiry with one component and one selected alloy. Iron, steel, aluminum, brass and bronze are separate material directions, and the choice must match the part drawing, working environment and required finished properties.

Make the machinery interfaces measurable

Identify where the casting locates, attaches or contacts adjoining equipment. Show relevant sections, wall transitions and machining areas on the controlled drawing, with datums linked to the machinery assembly. Specify whether the request concerns a casting blank, a machined component or an assembly containing additional pieces.

Evaluate sand casting against the actual metal

Provide the grade designation, material condition and quantities per design. The proposed sand-casting plan should be evaluated for that alloy and geometry rather than treating every material and casting method as interchangeable. Select heat treatment, surface preparation and finishing only where required by the material and operating brief.

  • Separate each machinery casting drawing and quantity.
  • Choose the actual iron, steel or nonferrous grade.
  • Define cast sections and machining allowances.
  • Locate the finished machinery contacts from datums.
  • Agree material, surface and dimensional acceptance.

Specify the evidence needed at delivery

PDF or CAD drawings and IGES or STEP models can communicate the machinery geometry. Identify inspection dimensions, methods, sampling or coverage and required records for the selected part. A general test or standards reference does not demonstrate that every method applies, nor does an industry label establish medical or other regulated-use approval.

Use the same alloy, casting boundaries and finished-interface definition when comparing OEM sand-casting proposals; current applicable certification should be evidenced separately where the project requires it.

Our OEM Industrial Machinery Parts Sand Casting Services provide precision manufacturing for iron, steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, and copper components. With decades of experience as a certified factory, we offer comprehensive casting solutions tailored to your unique project requirements.

We utilize advanced processes including die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting to deliver parts with excellent dimensional accuracy and durability. Our capabilities extend to various heat treatments such as quenching and tempering or solution and aging, ensuring optimal performance of cast parts.

Surface treatments such as powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting are available to enhance the appearance and protection of your products. Each part undergoes rigorous inspection including metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, 100 percent visual and gauge testing, and CMM verification for the highest quality assurance.

Accepting both OEM and ODM orders, our sand casting services support diverse industries like automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical devices, and robotics. We welcome 2D and 3D drawings in PDF, CAD, IGES, or STEP formats and comply with international standards such as ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS, with ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 certification.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
