OEM stainless-steel casting enquiries should identify the ordered component and the manufacturing route separately. The examples include an open housing-like form with circular and rectangular openings and a cover-like form with oblong recesses. Define the required part rather than assuming that every pictured piece belongs to one supplied assembly.
Choose the alloy specification for the component
For a 304 or 201 stainless-steel enquiry, provide the applicable cast material specification and the acceptance documents required. A general grade reference does not identify the actual sample composition or replace an order-specific material requirement. Other metals in a broad material range should be listed as separate project choices.
Review sand and lost-wax routes distinctly
Identify whether the request concerns a sand/gravity casting or a lost-wax investment-casting route. Include the component geometry and the finished interfaces so the proposed process can be reviewed for the design. Listing several casting processes does not establish that they are one combined route or that each is suitable for every alloy and part.
Show the large openings, perimeter mounting holes and mating cover or housing faces on the drawing. Mark any features requiring machining after casting and specify their finished dimensional acceptance. The example forms do not establish a service rating or compatibility with a particular machine.
- Identify the housing, cover or other component and its drawing revision.
- State the actual cast alloy specification and required material evidence.
- Separate the sand/gravity or lost-wax route requested for review.
- Mark machined interfaces, finish and inspection requirements.
- List quantities and any application-specific acceptance documents.
Define the supplied scope and application evidence
PDF/CAD and IGES/STEP drawing formats are listed for the custom enquiry. Clarify which components, machining operations and finishing work the order should include. Where automotive, medical or another regulated application matters, identify the actual duty and relevant validation before a suitability commitment is made. General ISO/IATF references are not a substitute for current documents applicable to that component and project.

Our OEM Gravity Sand Casting Parts are expertly manufactured using high-quality 304 and 201 stainless steel through the advanced lost wax process. As an experienced manufacturer, we also offer a wide selection of materials including aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, and precious metals to meet your customized requirements.

We provide a comprehensive range of casting solutions, such as die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting. Our products undergo meticulous heat treatment processes like quenching, tempering, solution, and aging to ensure superior mechanical properties and durability.

Surface treatments available include powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting, allowing for enhanced appearance and corrosion resistance. Each part is inspected with advanced equipment including metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, 100 percent visual inspection, and CMM accuracy for dependable quality.

Our components are widely applied in industries such as automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical devices, and robotics. We accept both OEM and ODM orders and guarantee compliance with ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 certifications as well as ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS standards.
