Raised central bore on a two-hole mounting base
The example has a broad mounting foot, one fixing opening at each end and a raised cylindrical boss. Define the central bore and base contacts together, including the relationship to the mounting-hole centers.
Specify the iron grade and casting route
For gray or ductile iron, identify the actual grade and whether sand or investment casting is requested. Those routes should be reviewed separately from a general die-casting entry.
Include quantities, machined surfaces and coating requirements. Mark bore fit and mounting dimensions for inspection. The dark surface does not verify iron chemistry, load capacity or a particular corrosion-protection system.
