A sheet metal bracket is selected by the connections it must make, rather than by appearance alone. LZX OEM bracket parts support steel, stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized steel material enquiries, with customized size and color. Stamping is the identified process, with CNC bending, stamping equipment and laser marking available for the fabrication discussion.
Describe the bracket mounting relationship
For an LZX bracket, show both mounting faces and the relative positions of the fixing holes. Mark any bend geometry that controls the spacing between the connected components. A bracket drawing should identify the assembled orientation so the stamped part can be reviewed against its intended mechanical connection instead of an isolated outline.
Select the sheet material deliberately
Steel, stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized steel are alternative choices for the LZX part. Specify the required grade and sheet thickness for your bracket rather than leaving the material selection open. Where the mounting environment imposes additional requirements, include those conditions and any required supporting documents with the OEM enquiry.
Coordinate bends color and identification
Custom color and laser marking can be discussed alongside the stamped bracket geometry. Indicate any visible face or marking position that matters to the finished assembly. The LZX range lists machinery, industrial, home and automotive applications, but the dimensions, loading requirements and fit of each bracket still need agreement for the particular use before an order is approved.
