Grey iron pump-body and impeller-part enquiries should identify the exact component and the pump assembly it must join. Resin sand casting is the named project direction. The photographed example is an open ribbed cylindrical shell with a side enclosure; it does not establish an impeller, a qualified pressure casing or the operating function of the ordered part.
Identify the required pump component
State whether the request covers a pump body, an impeller or another housing. Provide the component drawing, revision, mating assembly and quantities. For a body or housing, define the main bore, flange faces, side openings and internal geometry relevant to the actual design rather than assigning a function from the outside form.
If an impeller is required, provide its own drawing and the interfaces and acceptance requirements associated with that design. No impeller blades are visible in the main example. Use PDF/CAD dimensions and an IGES/STEP model where available, with section views for passages or wall geometry that cannot be understood from exterior views.
Specify grey iron and the casting scope
Select the actual grey iron grade, required material condition and documentation. Agree the resin sand casting scope separately from machining of finished bores, faces or other fitted features. A general catalogue material list does not establish the material of every pictured component.
Choose any treatment and finish appropriate to the selected iron grade and operating environment. Generic references to quenching, solution treatment or aging are not a process specification for the actual grey iron part. Define finished dimensions, inspection points and the supplied condition against one agreed drawing.
Set pump-duty acceptance criteria
- Identify the body, impeller or housing and its drawing.
- Specify grey iron grade, casting route and machining.
- Define fluid, pressure and leakage requirements where applicable.
- State inspection records and any impeller-specific acceptance criteria.
- Specify whether the order covers a bare housing or additional pump components.
Obtain evidence relevant to those requirements before selection. A ribbed shape, generic strength wording or certificate reference does not establish pressure capacity, fluid compatibility or pumping performance for the actual assembly.

Discover precision-engineered Custom Grey Iron Pump Body and Impeller Parts, tailored to meet diverse industrial requirements. Manufactured by Zenithus Casting using advanced resin sand casting techniques, our products ensure optimal strength and durability for challenging applications.

We offer flexible material selections including aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, and precious metals. Available processes range from die casting and sand casting to investment casting and lost foam casting, enabling us to deliver exact solutions for your OEM and ODM projects.
Our parts undergo rigorous heat treatment like quenching, tempering, solution, aging, and are finished with surface treatments such as powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting for enhanced performance and aesthetics. Each product is tested with comprehensive inspection methods, including metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, 100% visual and gauge inspections, and CMM verification.

Ideal for automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical device, robotics, and many other industries, our pump bodies and impeller parts comply with ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 certifications and international standards such as ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS. We support both 2D and 3D drawing formats for seamless integration into your production workflow.
