Custom aluminum valve-body die-casting enquiries should identify one component, its alloy and its intended service. The gallery shows angled tubular bodies with flanged openings, but a photograph does not establish that every example is aluminum, follows a die-casting route or forms a complete qualified valve assembly. Define the actual design and manufacturing scope for the order.
Specify ports, passages and mating faces
Provide the valve-body drawing and revision, required quantities and mating components. Show port openings, passages, flange geometry and the finished interfaces that determine assembly. Include section views where internal geometry cannot be defined from the outside shape alone.
Mark bores, threads, sealing faces and other features requiring machining, with suitable dimensional and positional acceptance criteria. Raised marks on pictured bodies are not a substitute for the selected drawing or material records. Neither a surface appearance nor the word precision establishes a tolerance or pressure class.
Select alloy and manufacturing requirements
Specify the actual aluminum grade, required condition and supporting documentation. State whether die casting is required or is the proposed route for assessment. Separate the cast blank from machining of finished ports, bores and contact faces, and define the supplied condition expected after those operations.
Select any heat treatment and surface finish for the actual material, medium and application. A general catalogue list of metals and treatments does not establish the correct choice for every valve component. PDF/CAD dimensions and IGES/STEP models are listed formats for communicating the design and its manufacturing scope.
Define operating and acceptance conditions
- Identify the valve-body design, alloy and mating geometry.
- Define casting scope and machined sealing or port features.
- Specify medium, temperature and pressure or leakage criteria.
- State inspection records and applicable qualification requirements.
- Identify the casting blank and supplied machined condition separately.
Obtain evidence applicable to the actual design where operating performance or sector approval affects selection. General factory and certification wording does not establish those properties. A useful enquiry links the component drawing and material specification to its intended service and finished acceptance criteria.

Experience high-quality manufacturing with our custom precision aluminum valve body parts, expertly produced using advanced die casting and other precision casting techniques. As a leading OEM and ODM factory in China, we utilize premium materials including aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, and precious metals to ensure exceptional durability and performance for industrial applications.

Our capabilities extend to multiple casting processes such as die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting, allowing us to meet diverse customer demands. We offer comprehensive heat treatment options like quenching, tempering, solution, and aging to further enhance component strength and lifespan.

Enhance product aesthetics and performance with our extensive surface treatments that include powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting. Each part undergoes rigorous inspection processes such as metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, 100 percent visual and gauge checks, and CMM to guarantee the highest quality standards.

Certified to ISO9001 2015 and IATF16949, our products comply with ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS standards. Applications span automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical devices, and robotics industries. We support 2D and 3D drawing formats for seamless OEM or ODM collaboration.
