This custom sheet metal enclosure enquiry shows a formed body with rows of long slots and projecting mounting tabs. The illustrated panel layout should be coordinated with the surrounding assembly. Bending, stamping and punching requirements named in the listing can be reviewed against the selected component drawing.
Slot layout and mounting points
Provide the overall dimensions, slot lengths and spacing, and the tab-hole positions. Show the required internal clearance and any matching cover or base. Define the sheet grade and thickness and identify which formed surfaces locate the enclosure in the assembly.
Powder coating is listed with black, white and custom colors. Specify the requested finish, any surfaces to remain untreated and the edge condition around the slots. Performance requirements for airflow or protection need to be included in the design brief.
Quotation documents
Submit PDF and STEP/STP files with matching revision and quantities. The listed minimum is 100 pieces, with individual packing. Agree inspection of the formed geometry and mounting interfaces and confirm the supplied pieces before production.
