The S2401 2407R examples show U-shaped sheet metal profiles with formed end walls, a rectangular cutout and circular openings. The pictured views illustrate the outside and inside of a similar configuration. Identify the actual part and any separate pieces included in the fabrication enquiry.
Define the formed interfaces
Provide the base dimensions, end-wall height and the location of each opening. Show any mating parts that control clearance around the cutout and end walls. If welding is required, define the joint locations and supplied assembly; it should not be assumed for a component that may be formed as one piece.
Galvanized plate, steel, aluminum and stainless steel sheet are listed options. Select the grade and thickness, then define the surface treatment and color. The sample's blue appearance is a visual reference, not a complete coating specification.
Project documents
Send 2D and 3D files where available with quantity and revision. Agree inspection of the formed dimensions and mounting openings, plus the final component or kit contents. Include any documentation required for the selected material and finish.
