Define the offset arm component through its long body and enlarged end regions. The light and dark examples show circular or loop-like connection forms at the ends. Their appearance does not establish actual metal grade, a joining process, working load or a particular laser-processing operation.

Relate the two end connections to the arm

Provide sections and mating-component drawings, locating openings, offsets and contact surfaces from assembly datums. Specify actual connection and retention requirements where applicable. Identify any joined pieces or hardware in the delivery rather than assuming that the photographed outline proves a complete mechanism or welded construction.

Define the required processing operations separately

Stainless steel is a title material direction; other listed metals require separate grade and condition choices. Identify cutting or forming, stamping, laser marking and any laser welding only where required by the actual design. If marking or joining is specified, define its location, purpose and acceptance independently from the component outline.

  • Reference each offset arm and mating drawing.
  • Specify actual metal grade and supplied condition.
  • Dimension end interfaces, body and offsets.
  • Define forming, marking and any joining scope.
  • Agree dimensional, joint and application acceptance.

Inspect the component for its intended duty

Define acceptance at the arm offsets and end connections, including units, reference faces and the condition after any specified joining or finishing. Choose compatible finish and required records. Any load, machinery or automotive requirement needs actual service conditions and applicable evidence; an arm-like form alone demonstrates neither connection strength nor installed compatibility.

Include quantities and controlled geometry. Keep required operations explicit so a general list of service directions cannot be mistaken for proof that every process has been performed on the example.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
