Define each box-like sheet component through its bent walls, projecting tabs and circular openings. The two dark examples show different views or configurations with holes in the base and central regions. Their grouping does not establish a matched supplied set, common alloy or a qualified automotive or machinery application.
Relate the bent walls to the perforated panels
Provide flat and formed drawings for each required item. Locate holes, tabs and contact surfaces from assembly datums and identify adjoining components. State any joined pieces, inserts or fasteners included in the delivery rather than assuming the examples define a complete enclosure or installation kit.
Select actual metal and the fabrication plan
Steel, stainless steel and aluminum are separate material choices. Specify grade, condition and sheet thickness with required records. Define laser cutting or stamping, bending and any secondary edge or joining operations against the actual geometry. A photograph cannot independently prove which manufacturing route produced the examples.
- Identify each box component and formed drawing.
- Specify actual alloy grade and sheet thickness.
- Dimension holes, walls, tabs and mating contacts.
- Define cutting, stamping, bends and compatible finish.
- Agree final inspection and application-specific evidence.
Inspect the fabricated component at working interfaces
Reference the box walls, circular openings and projecting tabs to the finished contact faces, stating units and the required inspection condition. Select color or treatment where required, including masking at contact regions. Actual service conditions and applicable tests are needed for load, environmental or automotive requirements; a broad usage label is insufficient qualification.
Include quantities and requested material or inspection documentation. Keep separate configurations aligned with their own drawings so the quotation covers the intended components and supplied scope.
