Choose the component, then define its working features
The examples include two different rings, a toothed wheel, a forked support and a flanged part with a central bore. Identify each required item separately. For a ring, dimension the inner profile, outside features and seating faces; for a toothed component, provide the tooth geometry and mating-part reference.
A 304 stainless steel precision-casting enquiry should include the required material standard and casting-grade designation. Specify any machining, heat treatment or surface finish for the selected component rather than assuming that all examples share one material or process.
Information for an OEM quotation
Attach the component drawing in PDF or CAD and a 3D model in IGES or STEP when available. State quantities per item, locating datums, bore or mounting-hole requirements and the features to inspect. Service loads, gear accuracy and assembly fit must be defined by the project; they cannot be determined from the sample photographs.
