Define the actual aluminum or stainless-steel alloy disc required by the industrial project. A disc designation identifies the component family, but its dimensions, working contacts and operating function must come from the controlled design rather than an assumed standard shape.
Show the disc section and locating contacts
Provide a dimensioned profile with thickness, bore or other locating features where the actual component needs them. Relate the working surfaces to assembly datums and identify adjoining parts. A circular component name does not establish braking duty, rotational speed or a universal interchangeable size.
Select the disc material and production plan
Specify aluminum or stainless grade, material standard and required condition, treating those as separate alloy choices. Review the casting route and machining allowances for that metal and geometry. Heat treatment and finishing should be chosen for the actual duty instead of applying a general process menu to every industrial disc.
- Identify the industrial alloy-disc drawing and revision.
- Select actual aluminum or stainless casting grade.
- Dimension the disc section and assembly references.
- Define cast surfaces, machining and compatible finish.
- Agree disc-duty and finished dimensional acceptance.
Compare final disc inspection requirements
Include quantities, PDF or CAD drawings and IGES or STEP geometry where available. Mark tolerances with units, final measurement conditions and required material or inspection records. A precision label or generic certification statement does not independently verify every-feature accuracy, present certificate scope or application approval.
Compare the industrial disc proposals through the same section drawing, actual alloy and measurable locating requirements for the intended assembly.

Enhance your industrial operations with our Custom Alloy Disc Precision Casting Services, tailored for Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Brass, Bronze, and Copper components. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility combines advanced die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting processes to produce high-quality OEM and ODM parts. Supported by ISO9001 and IATF16949 certifications, our castings meet international standards including ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS.

All parts undergo rigorous heat treatment such as quenching, tempering, solution, and aging, ensuring excellent mechanical properties and durability. Surface finishing options include powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting, providing corrosion resistance and customized appearances.

Our inspection procedures involve metallographic analysis, magnetic particle testing (MT), ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), as well as 100 percent visual and gauge checks using CMM equipment. We welcome custom drawings in both 2D PDF/CAD and 3D IGES/STEP formats, supporting the automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical device, and robotics industries.
