Select the actual aluminum component for the auto, medical-equipment or industrial project. The example range includes an open cubic frame, multi-arm mounting piece, raised stand, pierced cover, hollow body and forked yoke. These different forms do not establish one supplied set or approval for a regulated application.
Define the frame, cover or yoke boundaries
Provide the controlled component drawing and adjoining assembly geometry. Locate openings, fixing points and mating faces from functional datums, including any required wall or section relationships. State separately whether hardware, covers, inserts or assembly work belong to the delivery.
Choose aluminum grade and production scope
Specify actual alloy, condition and quantities before reviewing the proposed casting route. Mark machining allowances at the contacts controlling final fit, and select compatible treatment and finishing for that material. General process references do not demonstrate one mandatory sequence or a precision capability for every design.
- Identify the frame, cover, stand or yoke drawing.
- Specify actual aluminum grade and section requirements.
- Locate openings, fork gaps and mounting contacts.
- Define cast stock, machining and delivered items.
- Agree dimensional and project-specific acceptance.
Separate component inspection from application qualification
Include PDF or CAD dimensions and IGES or STEP geometry, with tolerance units and measurement conditions after finishing. State required material documentation and functional tests for the selected project. Neither the example geometry nor a generic ISO entry verifies medical, electrical or automotive approval, a working load or current certificate scope.
Compare OEM or ODM proposals against this individual component's actual alloy, supplied boundaries and measurable assembly interfaces.

Our Custom Aluminum Precision Casting Parts are expertly engineered for a range of industries, including automotive, medical, and industrial sectors. Manufactured using advanced techniques such as die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting, these components guarantee high precision and durability to meet your unique project requirements.

We work with an extensive selection of materials including aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, and precious metals, ensuring optimal performance for various applications. Heat treatments like quenching and tempering as well as solution and aging processes are applied for enhanced strength and longevity.

The surface of each part can be finished with powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, or sandblasting, offering both improved protection and a refined appearance. Every component undergoes strict inspection protocols, including metallographic analysis, magnetic particle inspection (MT), ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), CMM measurement, and comprehensive visual and gauge assessments.

OEM and ODM orders are welcome, and we fully support 2D and 3D drawing formats such as PDF, CAD, IGES, and STEP. With ISO9001 and IATF16949 certifications, our products adhere to international standards like ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS, making them ideal for demanding industrial environments.
