Stainless steel valve-body lost-wax casting enquiries should identify the component and the service requirements it must meet. Food-grade hardware is a project requirement to define, rather than a verified compliance statement for every pictured part. Select the valve-body design and the surfaces that will contact the operating medium before specifying material and finish.
Define the valve body and mating interfaces
The examples include open ring bodies, flanged cylindrical components and tubular forms. The photograph does not establish a complete operating valve, internal passage arrangement or pressure rating. Identify the selected component and provide its drawing revision, mating parts and required quantities.
Mark bores, port openings, flange faces, sealing interfaces and any surfaces requiring machining. Use section views where internal passages or wall geometry affect the design. PDF/CAD dimensions and IGES/STEP models are listed formats for communicating the component and its finished requirements.
Select stainless steel and the contact-surface finish
Specify the actual stainless steel grade and required material condition, together with applicable documentation. Agree the lost-wax casting scope separately from machining of finished faces, holes or seats. A general multi-metal catalogue description does not establish that every example uses the same alloy or condition.
For a food-contact project, define the wetted surfaces, required surface finish and cleaning conditions. Do not assume that a general catalogue treatment such as powder coating or zinc plating is appropriate for those surfaces. Agree the material and finishing requirements against the actual medium, cleaning process and applicable acceptance criteria.
Confirm application-specific acceptance
- Provide the valve-body drawing, alloy and mating geometry.
- Identify wetted surfaces and required finish.
- Define casting, machining and supplied-component scope.
- Specify food-contact, cleaning and pressure or leakage requirements where applicable.
- Identify material records and evidence applicable to the proposed food-contact surfaces.
Obtain the evidence relevant to those requirements before accepting the component for service. Generic certification references do not establish food-contact compliance, pressure capacity or approval of the actual valve assembly. A useful enquiry connects one drawing and material specification to its intended operating conditions.

Experience precision engineering with our Custom Stainless Steel Valve Body, designed specifically for food-grade applications. Manufactured using advanced lost wax casting techniques, our products guarantee high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and superior hygiene standards suitable for the food industry.

We offer OEM service to meet your unique specifications and requirements. The valve bodies are available in premium metals such as aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, and precious metals. Comprehensive heat treatments like quenching, tempering, solution, and aging ensure optimal mechanical performance.

Our surface treatments include powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting, allowing further customization and durability. Each product undergoes rigorous inspection with methods such as metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, 100 percent visual inspection, and CMM measurements to ensure quality and accuracy.

Zenithus-Casting supports a wide range of applications including automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical devices, and robotics. We accept OEM and ODM orders, and process drawings in 2D (PDF/CAD) or 3D (IGES/STEP). Certified to ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949, all products adhere to international standards such as ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS.
