A custom CNC-machined component enquiry should define the material, starting condition and finished result. Aluminum and stainless steel are named options for this service, with casting included in the catalogue scope. Select the actual grade and state whether the order includes a cast blank, machining only or the complete finished component.
Describe the part as it must be supplied
Send the controlled drawing, revision and quantities using the listed PDF/CAD or IGES/STEP formats. Identify the surfaces that control assembly, including datums, bores, threads and mating faces where they are required by the design. Specify dimensional limits and inspection references for those interfaces rather than using precision as a substitute for acceptance criteria.
Where a blank will be supplied by the customer, describe its material, condition and relevant starting geometry. Where casting is included, ask for the proposed route and the machining scope that follows it. A general list of casting processes does not establish a selected method for every aluminum or stainless-steel part.
Choose treatment for the actual alloy
The catalogue lists quenching and tempering as well as solution and aging. These names are reference options, not a treatment instruction for every component. Agree the appropriate condition for the selected grade, and identify the material records or other evidence needed for the order. The same approach applies to surface finishing.
- Specify the metal grade and any customer-supplied blank.
- Use one controlled drawing and revision for the finished part.
- Mark critical datums and machined mating interfaces.
- Define the treatment and finish required for that material.
- State final-condition dimensions and inspection records.
Agree the acceptance point
Explain whether dimensions must be checked before or after finishing, and identify surfaces requiring protection or fit control. Define the supplied condition so that quotations include equivalent operations and records. Industry names such as automotive, medical devices or robotics do not establish approval of an individual design. Supply the actual service and qualification requirements, obtaining current applicable evidence where it is needed. The agreed scope should make clear what is cast, what is machined and what will be inspected on delivery.

Discover high-performance custom CNC machined parts manufactured from premium materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, brass, bronze, copper, and hardened or precious metals. Our advanced casting services include die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting to meet diverse industrial requirements.

We offer comprehensive heat treatments including quenching, tempering, solution, and aging processes, ensuring optimal mechanical properties and enhanced durability for every component. For superior surface finishes, choose from powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, or sandblasting according to your specific needs.

Each product undergoes stringent inspections like metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, visual checks, gauge tests, and CMM measurement to guarantee accuracy and quality. We support both OEM and ODM projects and work with international standards such as ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS to meet global market demands.

Applications range from automotive, motorcycle, energy, and medical devices to robotics. Submit your 2D or 3D drawings in PDF, CAD, IGES, or STEP formats and benefit from our ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 certified factory services for your custom CNC machined casting projects.
