Define the fitting as an assembly
The example combines a shaped plate, formed arms, fasteners and a projecting cylindrical feature. Identify the components required in the supply and show their positions on an assembly drawing, including any mating pin or shaft.
Review the interfaces first
Dimension the mounting faces, opening between the arms and the fastener locations. For laser cutting, stamping or welding enquiries, include the individual component drawings and joint requirements. Specify the metal grade and finish for each component where they differ.
Steel, aluminum, copper, 316 stainless steel and brass are listed material capabilities for this custom fabrication range. Supply CAD/DWG/PDF drawings or STEP/IGS geometry, quantities and a revision reference. Mark any features inspected after assembly and distinguish purchased hardware from parts to be fabricated.
