Identify the individual collar, ring or sleeve and its actual role in the medical-equipment project. The examples include flanged split rings, neck or eye pieces, round caps and small fixing forms. They do not establish a supplied kit, actual stainless or aluminum chemistry or medical-device approval.
Define the component's role and mating geometry
Provide the controlled part drawing and adjoining assembly references, locating bores, fixing positions and contact surfaces from functional datums. State which pieces, hardware or assembly operations belong to the delivery. A component shape does not determine its application role or the qualification required by the finished equipment.
Select the alloy and requested manufacturing scope
Specify actual stainless or aluminum grade, material standard and condition for each design. Include quantities, section requirements and machining allowances so a casting route can be evaluated. Choose compatible finishing for that material and intended service rather than assuming every treatment applies to the entire assortment.
- Identify the collar, split-ring or sleeve drawing.
- Specify actual alloy and required material records.
- Dimension bores, mounting contacts and supplied pieces.
- Define casting, machining and surface requirements.
- Agree inspection and application qualification evidence.
Accept the part against the actual project requirements
Use PDF or CAD dimensions and IGES or STEP geometry, with tolerance units and final measurement conditions. Specify required material, inspection or qualification records for the component's defined role. Neither appearance nor a generic ISO reference verifies biocompatibility, sterilization suitability, current certificate scope or approval of a complete device.
Compare OEM proposals using the same individual casting, actual alloy and documented acceptance for the medical-equipment project.

Zenithus-Casting offers professional custom casting services for stainless steel, aluminum, and a wide range of metals, supporting the medical device industry and other sectors. Our factory is ISO9001 and IATF16949 certified, ensuring high standards and reliable quality control in every production stage.
