Choose the actual shaft, lever or hollow elbow required by the valve or motor-truck project. The assortment shows an elongated stepped shaft, lever-like arms on short stems and several elbow forms. These examples identify component shapes without establishing vehicle fit, valve performance or a matched mechanism.

Define the shaft and lever working contacts

For a selected stem or arm, provide the controlled drawing and its relationship to adjoining pieces. Locate shaft steps, openings, pivot or fixing contacts and the arm orientation from assembly references. Identify supplied hardware and additional assembly work separately rather than assuming a pictured group defines the order contents.

  • Identify the valve or truck component drawing.
  • Specify actual stainless casting grade and condition.
  • Dimension shaft, lever or elbow mating contacts.
  • Review gravity casting and secondary machining scope.
  • Agree finished-interface and intended-duty inspection.

Review hollow elbows by their actual interfaces

Show the bore section, flange face and fixing pattern for an elbow enquiry. Specify machining allowances and a surface condition compatible with the selected stainless grade. Gravity casting is a requested route to assess for the individual design, not proof of the examples' production history or universal material suitability.

Agree the evidence for the intended installation

Include quantities, PDF or CAD drawings and IGES or STEP geometry where available. Mark tolerances with units and final measurement conditions, alongside material records and any load, pressure or functional tests required by the project. Current applicable certification needs appropriate scope-specific evidence.

Keep the selected component's geometry and valve or truck acceptance requirements attached to the gravity-casting comparison.

Our Custom Stainless Steel Valve and Motor Truck Parts are manufactured using advanced precision gravity casting techniques to ensure superior quality and durability. With expertise in diverse materials such as aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, and precious alloys, we cater to a wide range of industrial requirements.

We offer comprehensive OEM and ODM services, customizing solutions based on your specific design drawings in both 2D (PDF or CAD) and 3D (IGES or STEP) formats. Our casting processes include die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting, supported by rigorous inspection methods like metallographic analysis, CMM, MT, UT, RT, 100 percent visual, and gauge testing.

Heat treatments such as quenching, tempering, solution, and aging are available to strengthen your parts. We also provide various surface treatments including powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting for enhanced corrosion resistance and appearance. Our products comply with international standards like ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, and NF, backed by ISO9001 2015 and IATF16949 certifications.

Applications for our components span automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical device, and robotics industries. Partner with us for reliable and precise custom metal parts tailored to your engineering requirements.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
