Define the formed tray through its rectangular base openings, upright tabs and open-ended fixing slots. The light example also has bent side regions around the openwork face. Those details identify the visible geometry, but do not establish actual aluminum grade, sheet thickness, installed compatibility or a current ISO qualification.

Locate the openwork pattern from the fixing slots

Provide flat and formed views with the actual mating assembly. Reference rectangular openings, upright tabs and edge contacts to functional datums, marking clearance requirements for adjoining components. Identify any inserts, fasteners or hardware included rather than assuming that a tray photograph defines a complete electronics mounting kit.

Select aluminum and the required forming scope

State actual alloy grade, condition and sheet thickness with requested material records. Define punching or other cutting, stamping, bending and necessary edge work against the controlled design. Appearance alone does not establish a specific manufacturing route or verify current equipment capability for that particular pattern and thickness.

  • Reference the openwork tray and mating revision.
  • Specify aluminum alloy, condition and thickness.
  • Dimension rectangular openings, tabs and edge slots.
  • Specify punching, forming and the tray's coating system.
  • Agree final mounting checks and project evidence.

Accept the tray at its finished mounting contacts

Specify powder-coating system, color, masking and appearance criteria where requested. Mark tolerance units and final measurement conditions at tabs and fixing slots. Actual load, electrical, sealing or environmental requirements need operating conditions and applicable tests, separately from a general electronics application label.

Include STEP, STP or PDF geometry, quantities and inspection documentation. Keep fabricated-tray supply distinct from installed electronics, complete equipment and any separately specified performance or certification requirements.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
