Open tray geometry for a custom enclosure
This shallow tray has a flat base, raised side walls and fixing holes near the upper edges. Specify the inside dimensions and the position of each wall opening relative to the base. Include the required corner details and the interface to any cover.
For a stainless steel laser-cutting, stamping or punching enquiry, state the grade and sheet thickness on the drawing. Steel, aluminum, copper and brass are additional listed material capabilities. Provide feature-specific tolerances for the holes and formed dimensions that govern assembly.
Finish the enquiry with the assembly details
Identify the mounting method, hardware clearances and cosmetic surfaces. Include CAD/DWG/PDF drawings or STEP/IGS geometry, quantities and the required surface treatment. If a matching cover or other fabricated components are needed, show them as separate items in the assembly requirement.
