S2103 custom aluminum casting enquiries are based on the individual component drawing. The examples include housings, mounting forms and finned geometries, illustrating separate part designs. Aluminum material, customer-defined dimensions and die casting with deburring and machining-related work form the starting point for the manufacturing review.
Identify the component and its mating geometry
Select the required housing, bracket or finned part and provide its drawing revision. Show the mounting interfaces, internal spaces and surfaces that establish the component's position in the assembly. The example range does not define a bundled supply; identify the actual part and any companion components needed in the quotation.
Agree the casting and finished-surface scope
Specify the aluminum grade and the casting route required for the ordered S2103 design. Investment or sand casting requests need route-specific confirmation and should be assessed for that geometry. Mark the faces requiring painting, powder coating or oxidation, and identify which dimensions must be accepted after finishing.
Include the requested quantity, material documents and inspection criteria with the enquiry. Confirm the manufacturing sequence and the supplied-component scope for the selected drawing before order approval, with any thermal or structural requirements supported by application-specific evidence.
