Define the individual eye-ended piece or grooved block before choosing an alloy for an automotive or aerospace project. The examples show tubular eye ends and curved blocks with central openings. Their appearance does not verify steel, aluminum, brass, copper or zinc chemistry, nor approval for either application.
Locate the eye and groove interfaces
Provide the controlled component drawing and adjoining geometry. Dimension eye axes, tubular sections, groove contacts and central openings where required by the actual design, using functional datums. The component shape does not establish a working-load limit, standard fit or a completed assembly.
- Identify the eye-end or grooved-block drawing.
- Choose actual steel or nonferrous alloy grade.
- Dimension bores, grooves and mating sections.
- Define casting, machining and selected treatment.
- Agree material and application qualification records.
Evaluate manufacture for the selected metal
State grade, condition and quantity for each component, including stock allowances at machined contacts. Review the proposed casting method and compatible finishing against that material and geometry. A range of metals and processes does not establish one shared production plan or universal dimensional accuracy.
Specify the project's actual acceptance evidence
Submit PDF or CAD dimensions and IGES or STEP geometry where available. Mark tolerance units, final measurement conditions and required inspection methods or coverage. Automotive or aerospace requirements need applicable design, material and qualification evidence; general certification references are not independent approval.
Compare the OEM casting proposals against the same selected alloy, controlled eye or groove geometry and documented acceptance for the actual project.

Our OEM custom precision casting parts are expertly manufactured from a range of high-quality materials, including steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and zinc alloy. Designed to meet the strict requirements of the automotive and aerospace industries, these components deliver outstanding durability, performance, and reliability.

We offer a full suite of advanced casting processes such as die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting. Each part can undergo specialized heat treatments like quenching, tempering, solution, and aging for optimum mechanical properties and strength.

To ensure superior surface quality, we provide finishing options including powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting. All products are thoroughly inspected with advanced methods such as metallographic analysis, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, 100 percent visual and gauge checks, and coordinate measuring machines.

Our team supports both OEM and ODM projects, working from your 2D or 3D drawings in various file formats. We adhere to stringent standards such as ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS, and hold certifications like ISO9001 2015 and IATF16949. Choose us for high-precision castings tailored to automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical device, and robotics applications.
