Specify the enclosure component through its broad platform and downward bent side walls. The yellow-green example has small holes and fixing details near its edges. It illustrates a sheet-platform form, without proving a completed electrical enclosure, supplied electronics, actual aluminum or stainless grade, or coating chemistry.

Coordinate the platform with adjoining enclosure parts

Provide flat and formed geometry with mating-panel references. Locate edge holes, wall contacts and clearance regions from assembly datums, identifying any covers, inserts or fasteners included. Keep platform-only delivery separate from assembled enclosure hardware and from equipment that requires its own acceptance or qualification.

Select the metal and surface system together

Aluminum and stainless steel are separate material directions. Specify actual grade, condition and thickness, then define required cutting, bending, stamping and secondary work. Yellow-zinc finishing is named in the title, while powder coating and color choices appear in the parameters; choose the actual compatible system rather than assuming both apply.

  • Reference the platform and enclosure assembly drawings.
  • Select actual alloy and sheet thickness.
  • Dimension bent walls, edge holes and contacts.
  • Define fabrication and the compatible surface specification.
  • Agree interface measurements and electrical-project evidence.

Accept the component for the defined enclosure

State tolerance units, final measurement conditions and masking at working surfaces. Define appearance requirements independently from coating performance. Any sealing, electrical, load, corrosion or environmental requirement needs actual operating conditions and applicable tests; neither color nor an enclosure name establishes qualification.

Include STEP, STP or PDF drawings, quantities and requested material or inspection documentation. Compare proposals using the same platform geometry, supplied hardware and selected treatment, with any complete-equipment work expressly identified.

Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
