Identify the supplied section
Specify whether the enquiry concerns one formed section, matching sections or an assembled shell. The drawing should show the outer envelope, end-wall positions and return flanges. Locate each face opening and its fixing holes in relation to the finished folds, and include the space required by mating components.
Material and surface specification
Aluminum, stainless steel, steel and galvanized steel are included in the original material information. Choose the required sheet and thickness for the actual design. The pictured blue appearance is an example; color and surface treatment should be agreed separately for the order.
Stamping and CNC bending equipment are listed for the manufacturing service. Send the current drawing and quantities for each requested component, including any hardware or assembly requirement. Identify critical fit dimensions between the sections so they can be considered with the finished enclosure geometry.
