Stacked curved segments with perforations and edge rims are pictured. They are individual component examples, not proof of a complete cylindrical assembly or a particular stainless grade.
Dimension the segment around its arc
Specify the radius, arc extent, wall profile and joining edges on a controlled drawing. Locate perforations and fixing holes from datums that remain usable after casting and machining.
Build a segment-specific enquiry
The curved wall and rim need their own dimensional limits. Locate joining edges and perforations without assuming that repeated images demonstrate interchangeable segments.
- Select actual alloy and casting proposal.
- Define curvature and segment-end contact geometry.
- Locate hole pitch and rim fixing features.
- Mark laser, drilling or milling requirements.
- Provide PDF/CAD or IGES/STEP revision data.
Agree fit and surface acceptance
Review machining access, compatible finish and inspection methods for the curved surfaces. Confirm quantities and any assembly-duty requirements separately; image repetition does not establish interchangeability, strength or finished cylinder performance.

Our OEM factory specializes in precision stainless steel CNC machining, providing custom casting and advanced laser drilling milling services to meet your specific requirements. Utilizing state-of-the-art three-axis, four-axis, and five-axis machining centers, we ensure high accuracy and quality for every project, from prototypes to large production runs.

We offer a wide range of machining processes including broaching, drilling, etching, chemical machining, laser processing, milling, and turning. Our material capabilities cover aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, precious metals, and stainless steel, supporting both standard and micro machining for intricate parts.

Surface treatments such as anodizing and polishing are available to enhance durability and finish. We accept 2D and 3D drawing formats (PDF, CAD, IGES, STEP) for seamless communication and customization. Our minimum order quantity is just one item, allowing flexibility for small batch orders and rapid delivery within 7-15 days.

All products are securely packaged with poly bags, inner boxes, and cartons to ensure safe transportation. Partner with us for reliable OEM and ODM services tailored to your manufacturing needs.
