The gallery example shows two elongated channel-shaped panels. One has several large circular openings, while the other has a mostly solid center; both include folded edges and projecting mounting features. These illustrate possible part forms within the LZX custom sheet metal fabrication service, rather than establishing that both panels are supplied together.
Choose the panel configuration
Identify the requested panel on the drawing or reference photo. Define the overall length and width, flange height, tab geometry and mounting-hole positions. For a panel with circular openings, include their diameters and spacing as well as their relationship to the formed edges. The selected configuration determines the component drawing to be reviewed.
Aluminum, stainless steel, steel and galvanized steel are listed material options. State the sheet thickness, grade and required surface condition for the ordered part. The dark surface shown in the photo does not independently confirm the treatment.
Forming and inspection details
Stamping and CNC bending equipment are named in the manufacturing information. Agree the required operations, finished dimensions and inspection references for the chosen panel. Include quantity and drawing revision in the OEM enquiry, and specify any assembly clearances that affect the tabs or folded sides.
