Define the channel section and its end interface
This example has a long recessed channel, mounting flanges on both sides and an upright plate at one end. Raised mounting points sit along the flanges. Show the required channel width, depth and length, then locate the end plate and fixing points from those references.

- Specify the aluminum grade and thickness for the selected design. Other listed metal capabilities are separate custom enquiry options.
- Assembly
- Identify fitted hardware, threaded features, mating-part clearances and the required supply condition.
Include CAD/DWG/PDF drawings or STEP/IGS geometry, quantities and a drawing revision. Mark the required surface treatment and any mounting faces that need protection during finishing.
