TechnologyStamping+drilling+assembly
Specify the panel around its regular grid of small holes, folded perimeter and slotted corner tabs. The dark example shows a rectangular sheet-like face with projecting mounting details. It does not establish actual stainless grade, coating chemistry, hole dimensions or a verified load capacity for a particular assembly.
Coordinate the hole pattern with the mounting tabs
Provide flat and formed panel drawings, locating the hole grid, edge bends and fixing slots from assembly datums. Identify contact faces and adjoining parts that control installation. Define any inserts or fasteners included rather than assuming that a perforated panel represents a complete supported mounting system.
Select stainless material and fabrication scope
Choose the actual grade, condition and sheet thickness, including stainless steel 316 only where specifically required. Steel, aluminum, copper or brass are separate material choices. Define laser cutting, stamping, bending, drilling and any assembly work according to the controlled design, with selected operations assigned to the relevant component.
Accept the perforated face after finishing
Specify a compatible powder-coating or other surface system, color, masking and appearance criteria. Mark tolerance units and final measurement conditions at hole patterns and mounting contacts. Machinery, environmental, load or automotive requirements need actual operating conditions and appropriate tests; an application label alone establishes no qualification.
- Reference the perforated panel and formed drawing.
- Specify stainless grade, condition and thickness.
- Locate the hole grid, folded edges and slots.
- Define fabrication and compatible coating requirements.
- Agree panel measurements and application evidence.
Provide CAD, DWG, STEP, PDF or IGS files, quantities and required material or inspection documentation. Raw equipment and certificate entries are reference information, not independent proof of current capability or applicable certification.
