The 34x126 serrated connecting-ring designation should be matched to the actual mining circular or traction chain. This enquiry concerns a forged connection component with customer-defined dimensions, optional machining and surface treatment. The designation alone does not establish its complete interface or a rated working load.
Match the serrated connection to the chain
Provide a drawing with units and identify the matching chain and required joining arrangement. Dimension the serrated mating faces, opening, contact areas and locking geometry that control engagement. If the connection includes additional locking pieces, identify them in the supplied-component scope rather than assuming a complete chain assembly is included.
The photographs show more than one connector form. Select the actual design needed for the 34x126 enquiry and compare its interfaces with the mating chain. Similar appearance or a shared designation does not by itself establish replacement fit, a dimensional standard or interchangeability with another connector.
Specify the forged part and its finished condition
State the selected steel or other required ferrous grade and its condition. The material references include iron, steel and 20CrMnTi, but they do not identify every illustrated sample as one fixed grade. Mark any surfaces requiring machining after forging, and define the finish for the intended connection and operating environment.
- Supply the unit-labelled 34x126 component and mating-chain drawings.
- Identify the serrations, locking arrangement and critical contact dimensions.
- Select the material grade and specify acceptance documentation.
- Mark machined features and required surface treatment.
- Describe mining duty and any load or qualification evidence required.
Assess the connection for its intended duty
Where the mining application requires proof of load capacity, wear behaviour or compliance, define the applicable requirements and evidence before selection. Forged construction and a mining-chain name do not establish a certified rating. The order should connect the chosen connector geometry to the actual chain, material and acceptance criteria.
