This mining-chain enquiry centers on an oval joint link with two openings and a broad central region. The blue example has wavy interlocking-looking seam lines and visible markings. Use those details to identify the requested form, while defining the actual chain connection, dimensions and permissible duty through controlled technical documents.
Map the joint link to the adjoining chain
Provide both the connector and mating-chain drawings. Locate the openings, contact sections and central joint from agreed datums. Define assembly sequence, retention features and any separate hardware that must accompany the component. Similar outlines or markings do not establish interchangeability with an existing mining chain.
Separate forging and CNC requirements
Select the actual steel grade and required supplied condition. Specify the intended forging route and mark surfaces needing CNC machining, deburring or other secondary work. Choose a compatible paint, powder coating or other treatment with masking and final-condition requirements, rather than assuming every listed treatment is mandatory.
Define the application acceptance package
Where the connector carries load, supply the real operating conditions and applicable strength, fatigue or functional test requirements. The photograph does not prove allowable load, material heat treatment, current approval or component traceability.
- Identify the oval joint link and chain assembly.
- Specify steel grade and required condition.
- Control openings, contact radii and joint retention.
- Mark forged and CNC-machined features separately.
- Agree load-related tests and delivery documentation.
Include component quantities, drawing revisions and inspection records with the request. Distinguish the supplied connector from any complete chain assembly so the quotation and subsequent acceptance cover the same defined parts and interfaces.
