Use the assortment as a component reference, then identify the exact mining connecting ring or chain link required. The group shows elongated and oval blue links together with a gold-colored open connector. It does not establish that every example accompanies an order or that all share one material, dimension or permissible duty.
Identify the ring within the chain arrangement
Provide an individual connector drawing and its mating-chain definition. Show the opening profile, contact section, joint arrangement and any retention hardware. Assign separate item references where more than one configuration is required, including which pins or other pieces belong to each requested delivery.
- Select each connecting ring or chain-link form.
- Provide connector and mating-chain drawing revisions.
- Define actual steel grade and supplied condition.
- Separate forging, CNC and finish requirements.
- Agree inspection, joint tests and delivery records.
Set the manufacturing scope for each item
Specify the proposed forging route and mark any subsequent CNC work on the controlled geometry. Select the material condition and compatible treatment with masking or appearance requirements where needed. Similar colors and repeated photographs do not establish interchangeable components or a common manufacturing plan.
Assess duty from the actual application
Provide operating conditions and the relevant dimensional, functional or load-related acceptance requirements. Working load, fatigue performance and installation suitability need applicable evidence for the chosen component and chain assembly, rather than an assumption based on the catalogue group.
Include quantities and requested material or inspection documentation on the quotation schedule. This keeps each connecting-ring enquiry tied to its own geometry, supplied scope and acceptance basis.
