S2401-2407R fabrication enquiries include the illustrated shallow sheet metal housing with rectangular and circular side openings and mounting holes in its broad face. The housing outline and cutouts should be dimensioned as one formed component. The listed scope combines sheet fabrication, CNC work and surface treatment.
Fit the housing around the assembly
Define the required internal space, wall heights and opening locations. Show the cover or adjacent part where it determines the mounting pattern. Identify which dimensions control the final fitted condition and provide the sheet thickness and material grade.
Galvanized plate, steel, aluminum and stainless steel sheet are listed materials. Painting, powder coating, anodizing and nickel/chrome plating are finishing options to assess for the selected metal. Provide the required color reference and any surfaces needing masking or special acceptance.
Order review
Send PDF/CAD and 3D files where available, quantities and revision. Specify the inspection points for the formed housing and openings. Confirm supplied pieces and packing protection for the finish; a similar-looking box should not be assumed to have the same interface layout.
