The main example has a raised cylindrical end, a long recessed rib and two smaller raised features along the base. Define the relationship between the end bore, base faces and mounting features on the drawing.
Model 2111 specifies aluminum, customer-required dimensions and a die casting, deburring and machining sequence. For a rapid prototype enquiry, state the sample objective, required quantity and intended production volume so the tooling and process can be reviewed. Specify the alloy and any paint, powder coating or oxidation requirements, including fitted surfaces needing protection.
