Define the custom aluminum-alloy component before assessing high-pressure die casting. High pressure describes the requested manufacturing approach; it is not a working-pressure rating for the finished part or proof of a particular machine's capacity.
Describe the geometry the tooling must produce
Supply the controlled component drawing with relevant wall sections, openings and assembly contacts. Identify the features required in the casting and those needing secondary machining, with quantities and revision clearly stated. Tooling requirements should be evaluated against this actual geometry and the selected aluminum alloy.
- Reference the aluminum die-cast component and revision.
- Specify actual alloy, condition and section geometry.
- Define the high-pressure molding and tooling request.
- Locate machined contacts and final measurement datums.
- Agree dimensional, material and application acceptance.
Define tolerance at the aluminum mating contacts
Mark tolerances with units and inspection conditions at working contacts. State machining allowances, required surface condition and any masking or treatment allowances affecting fit. A precision-molding description does not demonstrate one universal tolerance, nor does a broad treatment range establish suitability for every aluminum design.
Agree the OEM component's inspection scope
Provide PDF or CAD dimensions and IGES or STEP models where available. Select compatible finishing and any duty-specific tests, then define inspection methods, coverage and required material records. Current applicable certification or equipment capability requires relevant evidence rather than a general assertion.
Keep the process-feasibility decision separate from the part's operating requirements. Compare aluminum die-casting proposals using the same tooling brief, controlled working interfaces and finished-component acceptance.

Discover precision and durability with our Custom Aluminum Alloy Die Casting Parts, crafted using advanced high-pressure molding techniques. As a professional OEM factory, we manufacture components from a wide selection of materials including aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, and precious metals to meet your unique project requirements.

Our comprehensive casting capabilities cover die casting, sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting, ensuring suitable solutions for automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical device, robotics, and other industrial applications. Each part is manufactured following international standards such as ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS and is certified with ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 for quality assurance.

We provide full customization options, accepting both 2D (PDF/CAD) and 3D (IGES/STEP) drawings. Our advanced surface treatments include powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting, ensuring superior appearance and enhanced corrosion resistance for every product.

Strict inspection processes are implemented, including metallographic analysis, MT, UT, RT, 100 percent visual and gauge checks, and CMM testing. Heat treatments like quenching, tempering, solution, and aging further guarantee strength and longevity. Partner with us for high-performance die casting parts and reliable OEM or ODM services directly from the source factory in China.
