Identify the individual auto component before requesting casting and precision machining. The group includes a stepped shaft, spoked wheels, a windowed cylindrical cage, a ported round body and mounting pieces, with different contact features to define for each.
Keep the supplied item separate from the assortment
Reference the selected part drawing and its place in the adjoining assembly. State which bores, shaft sections, threads or other working profiles must match another component rather than assuming the pictured pieces form a complete vehicle mechanism.
Plan the cast blank and finished contacts together
Select actual aluminum or zinc-alloy grade and condition, then provide sections, quantities and machining allowances. PDF/CAD dimensions and IGES/STEP geometry should distinguish final fits from casting stock, including measurement after the agreed compatible finish.
- Identify the shaft, cage, wheel or body drawing.
- Specify the selected alloy standard and condition.
- Locate bores, shaft axes and mounting contacts.
- Define casting sections and finished machining.
- Agree dimensional records and automotive duty tests.
Confirm duty and timing for the order
Vehicle fit, speed, load and pressure requirements need their own acceptance criteria. Neither reflective appearance nor generic certification references establish those results; agree the actual delivery schedule and applicable documentation for the chosen part.

Our Custom Aluminum Zinc Alloy Auto Parts are manufactured using advanced die casting and precision machining processes to ensure high quality and durability. We use premium materials including aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, and other hardened or precious metals to meet diverse industry requirements.

With a wide range of casting methods such as sand casting, investment casting, and lost foam casting, our factory delivers OEM and ODM services tailored to your specific needs. Each part undergoes rigorous heat treatment with quenching, tempering, solution, and aging processes for enhanced strength and performance.

Surface treatments including powder coating, zinc plating, laser engraving, and sandblasting provide superior finish and corrosion resistance. Comprehensive inspections like metallographic analysis, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, visual checks, and CMM ensure every component meets strict quality standards.

Our parts are widely applied in industries such as automotive, motorcycle, energy, medical devices, and robotics. We support multiple drawing formats for efficient prototyping and production. Certified according to ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949, and compliant with ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF, and AS standards, we guarantee both reliability and global compatibility.
